Good Manners still alive

I stopped the car for two small boys today who were waiting to cross the road. They crossed over, turned back, smiled and mouthed a "Thank You".
Of all the people whom I've stopped for, can count on one hand the number of people who have acknowledged the gesture. Was very happy with the kids. Maybe something right is being taught in schools!!!

I had a baby boy, last December... have been mostly alone after that, taking care of him. had to resign from my job, due to lack of any support system :( and i cant tell you, what a support your blog has been. especially the posts where you've written about the struggle to find a job with flexi-timings & how you struggle to manage to juggle between work & kids... I am going through all this right now ... totally identify with what you write ...do keep updating
